Built by creators, for creators

We got tired of paying €23/month for a file transfer tool we used four times. And we were even more tired of delivering polished client work through a link that looked like it was designed in 2008.

Why we built this

The frustration started with a client deliverable. Hours of careful work, packaged into a ZIP, sent through a generic file transfer service. The link arrives looking anonymous, unbranded — nothing about it says 'professional freelancer who cares about their work.' The client clicks it, waits for ads to clear, and eventually finds the download button somewhere in the noise.

We started building OneShare because we believed the last mile of creative work deserved better. Delivering your work should feel like an extension of the work itself — clean, considered, and clearly yours.

We also hated subscriptions for tools we only needed occasionally. If you're sending client deliverables 6 times a month, you shouldn't be paying the same as someone sending 60. Volume-based pricing felt obviously fairer.

What we believe

Your brand, on every delivery

A freelancer's reputation lives in the details. We built the branded delivery page because that final handoff to the client matters.

Transparent pricing

You pay for what you use. No monthly fee whether you need it or not. No tier system with features held behind higher plans.

Your files are not our product

OneShare will never analyze, train AI on, or monetize your uploaded files. Files exist on our servers for one purpose: delivery to the intended recipient.

Simplicity is a feature

Every screen you have to navigate, every form you have to fill, every step you didn't expect — that's friction we've deliberately removed.
