Pricing questions
How does volume work?
Volume is deducted per transfer based on total file size. A 10 GB transfer deducts 10 GB from your pack. You can send as many individual transfers as you like until the volume runs out.
Does unused volume expire?
Volume packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused volume expires after 1 year, but you can always buy another pack at any time.
Can I stack packs?
Yes. If you buy a second pack before your first runs out, the new volume is simply added to your balance. Your 1-year validity clock resets on each purchase.
What happens when my volume runs out?
You can still use OneShare with the free 5 GB account allowance. When you need more volume, simply purchase another pack — your account and transfers are never interrupted.
Is there a file size limit per transfer?
There is no hard file size limit. You can transfer files as large as your remaining volume allows. Whether it's a 500 MB presentation or a 50 GB video project, OneShare handles it.
Do recipients need an account to download?
No. Recipients receive a download link and can access your files directly — no sign-up or login required on their end.
How secure are my files?
All files are encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on our servers. You can also add password protection to any transfer for an extra layer of security.
How is VAT handled?
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and billing country. A full VAT receipt is provided with every purchase.
