Eligibility for Refund
Uploaded but never downloaded:
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you uploaded files but no one downloaded them.
Purchased but never uploaded:
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you paid but did not upload any files.
Service issue:
If a technical issue prevented normal use, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund when appropriate.
Not Eligible for Refund
Transfers where files were uploaded and downloaded are not eligible for refund.
Refund requests submitted outside the 24-hour or 30-day windows listed above are not eligible.
